I had to do this as 6_07 doesn't run with any game version earlier than 1.10.82. I'm not sure if that would make a difference, but I'm not about to test that idea now that my game is working. I used the 7z file download as opposed to the installer. You can find the archive of old versions at this link: version that worked for me was 6_06 (as of this post, current version is 6_07). For a guide on rolling back, refer to this video: That's not to say the F4SE team screwed up, just that it didn't work for me in particular (every rig is different and all that). Despite reinstalling F4SE and the website saying the current version works with 1.10.82, it didn't work for me. In case you're still facing this issue (I know I'm late to the party and all), this is what worked for me.įirst off, rollback your game version. After troubleshooting for however long I did, I believe it's possible on any rig! Turn off any secondary FPS limiting features (like in Nvidia Inspector and Riva Tuner) Right click on f4se_loader.exe and go to 'Properties' -> 'Security' and check off 'Full Control' Try installing Steam Fallout 4 somewhere else besides the typical C:\ drive Set the Steam Fallout 4 folder to writable Put the Steam Fallout 4 folder in your permissions list in any type of anti-virus program you have and Windows Defender. Try rolling back to previous version of FO4 using this helpful YouTube video (Credit: u/He1enKiller) and install the corresponding archived version of F4SE: Reset 'Fallout 4' profile to default or try out different settings. Open Nvidia Inspector (if u have an Nvidia GPU) and type 'Fallout 4'.
